Discounts
We've made a few changes to our original discount system. Instead of offering a discount on each individual product, we now offer a 10% discount to all returning customers. Here's how it works:
- You make your first order on this site.
- We make a note of your email address, which PayPal sends us (or we enter it manually if you're paying by cheque).
- Thereafter, when you enter the same email address on the basket page, we'll give you 10% discount on your order.
To keep things consistent with our dedicated Concentrace site, we will continue to offer all concentrace products at a discounted price, which means that they will not qualify for a further 10% discount.
Note: due to some restrictions in the PayPal system, we have to take 10% off each item individually when your order is passed to PayPal. Due to rounding errors, this may result in a slight difference from what you'd expect if you deducted 10% from the subtotal.
