We will dispatch to any country in the EU.
UK: We will dispatch by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery, which has a delivery aim of 1 day.
Europe: We will dispatch by Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets, which has a delivery aim of 5 days.
We make every effort to dispatch within 24hrs, but have no control over mail delivery times.
Due to the large differences in weights between different items (some come in glass jars, others in plastic bottles for instance), we find that the fairest way to calculate postage is by the total weight of your order.
When you view your basket, we add up the total weight of all the items in it, and charge an amount based on this table from Royal Mail, with an extra 50p added for packaging.
