Vegan Formula Beta Carotene is a powerful antioxidant, as well as being the precursor of vitamin A. It may help protect the body from harmful excess free radicals.
Beta Carotene is also thought to help night vision, and may help to maintain the body's natural defences.

One tablet typically provides (as Saccharomyces cerevisiae complex):

Tableted with these natural ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, natural organic vanilla flavour.
No added sugar, salt, starch, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
Usage
Take 1-3 tablets (children over 8 years. 1 tablet) a day, with or between meals.
As a guide. 6mg of True Food® Beta Carotene is comparable to 15mg of standard isolated Beta Carotene supplements.
